Daniel P. Fossier – Attorney
Attorney Daniel P. Fossier joined Spiros Law in May 2010. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Illinois in 1990. Dan received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1995 and has been a member of the Illinois State Bar since 1995.
With fifteen years experience, Dan has developed high quality skills as a courtroom advocate who has handled a wide variety of litigated matters through trial and appeal. He has had significant experience representing injured individuals as well as professionals and businesses. Dan has also been an active member of numerous professional and community organizations.
Dan will focus on handling personal injury cases, including medical negligence, workplace injuries, serious traffic and trucking accidents, nursing home neglect and abuse, and wrongful death.
He and his wife, Lori, have two children.
