Illinois State police have arrested a 43-year old woman believed to be involved in a hit-and-run accident that injured an Urbana teenager. Authorities believe that the accident occurred around midnight on Wednesday in St. Joseph. Sources say the woman’s SUV crossed the center line of US 150 before striking the car driven by the teenager. Following the accident, the suspect fled the scene.
