Elderly disabled woman beaten

Nina Dorsey and Julia Tillis were imprisoned over the weekend and charged with aggravated assault after being arrested by police in Caseyville, IL.

Local police were called to the Caseyville Nursing Home after being notified that a 78-year-old woman was being forcibly removed from the nursing home against her will and beaten. The woman was taken to a nearby hospital after the police caught Dorsey and Tillis driving from the nursing home with her in the car.

The two defendants were taken to a prison in Belleville and have a $50,000 bond each.
