Illinois man rescued after falling into corn bin

An Illinois man was rescued after a workplace accident that caused him to fall into a grain bin full of corn.

According to the fire chief of the Danville Fire Department, the man was trapped up to his chest in a 100-foot bin that was full of corn. Rescue crews had to use ropes in order to rapell down into the bin to free the man.

The man has no apparent injuries even though he was trapped in the bin for nearly two hours. The man was transferred to an area hospital.
