Two hurt in recent Champaign pedestrian accident

A man was charged with DUI, driving without a license, and improper lane usage early Monday morning following a pedestrian accident in Champaign, according to news-gazette.com.

Reports say Trevin Miller, 22, lost control of the wheel, struck a utility pole, and then hit a woman walking her dog in a residential neighborhood near Union Street at around 10:30 yesterday. Miller and the woman were rushed to a local hospital to address their injuries. They are both expected to make a full recovery.
