Utilize Our Expertise

Spiros Law, P.C. handles many cases referred to us by other attorneys. If your client has suffered from a personal injury or wrongful death requiring litigation outside the scope of your practice, we welcome the opportunity to work with you in order to effectively and efficiently resolve your client’s case.

Due to the large geographic region in which we practice, we have received referrals from attorneys not only in the Chicagoland area, but from across the entire country as well. Those who refer cases to us know that we consistently achieve outstanding results and can be trusted to maintain the highest level of integrity throughout the entire litigation process.

Boasting a long history of accepting cases based on attorney referrals, it is our continued desired to make the referral experience beneficial for all those involved. When handling a referral, we ensure that both the referring attorney and their client are involved in the process in order to promote transparency in the terms of the agreement and in the distribution of responsibilities. While we recognize that some attorneys may be reluctant to refer their cases to another law firm, our fee division is extremely competitive, as we believe in developing a reciprocal and long-lasting relationship with referring attorneys and their law firms. All of our fee agreements are in compliance with Article 8, Rule 1.5 of the Supreme Court of Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.5(f)(3)(h).

Many referring attorneys desire to remain involved in the handling of their client’s cases. Not only do we support a referring attorney’s continued interest in their client’s case, but strongly encourage it. We also understand that some attorneys only prefer to remain involved during the critical junctures of a case, a situation to which we are open. Additionally, if there is an alternative capacity in which you desire to remain involved, feel free to contact one of our attorneys so that we may discuss alternative arrangements.

If you are considering referring a case or would like to like to learn more about our proposed fee divisions, please contact us at (217) 328-2828 or (217) 328-2828.
